We provide advice through scheduled appointments by phone, video, or in person (where available). We will agree the most appropriate channel with you before we proceed.

How suitability is assessed

We assess suitability by considering your needs, objectives, affordability, and lender criteria. We may ask for documents to confirm affordability and eligibility.

  • Your objectives, priorities, and circumstances.
  • Affordability, income stability, and outgoings.
  • Property details and intended use (for example residential or buy to let).
  • Product features, term, and repayment method.

Fees and charges

We offer a free initial consultation.

For mortgage advice and arranging services, we may charge a fee depending on the complexity of your case and lender requirements. Any fee, where it applies, will be agreed and confirmed in writing before you proceed. We will also explain when fees are payable, whether they are refundable, and how we are paid, including any commission from a lender or insurer.

What client data is collected and how it is used
